Terms & Conditions of Guest House

  • Check in time of the guest house is at 11:00 AM, early check in shall be considered against availability of the room. check out time will be 10:00 AM.
  • It is mandatory for guest to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in.
  • PAN card is not accepted as a valid ID card.
  • Advance payment is required.
  • To avoid mosquitoes please keep the windows/doors closed 6 PM to 6 AM.
  • Kindly switch off the electrical switches when leaving the room.
  • In case of any damage to guest house property by the guest is found, the same shall be charged to the guest at actual before the check out in cash only.
  • Loss of room key will be Rs.350, so guest are advice to take care of the key.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • The guest shall keep the room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

  • More than two adults in a room will be charged Rs.300 extra per person per night with mattress.
  • Children above 6 years will be charged Rs.150 per night.
  • Swimming pool entry Rs.50 per person for full day.

    Best place to stay in Goa and First of all, it's in budget for a group of 3 and we felt the rate is very reasonable. We had very pleasant time there, and Rooms are spacious and Bathrooms are also very clean.
    Attached Balcony for all rooms and the view in the morning or evening looks amazing.
    Everyone in the house were very helpful especially Kevin, and we got good suggestions from them.
    Calanguate Beach is in walkable distance, and this place is close to 2 of the busiest Beaches in Goa, Baga and Calanguate. A nearby restaurant delivered food to room 24/7, which is good and tasty as well.

    It was one of the best experience spending time in Goa during Monsoon!!!
